A lot has happened in the last two weeks...
On Valentine's day, the airport was closed because of a storm we had, and I never made it to Chicago. Instead, Jeff and I shoveled our driveway, because our snowblower stopped working...
Then, this Monday we got back from grocery shopping around 7:30pm, and found out that the garage opener motor died. So, Jeff climbed on the foot and a half of snow, and made his way to the front door of the house, and he was able to manually open the garage door. You'd think that was the worse thing that could happent ot us that night - but a few minutes later, Jeff caught Toby "marking" the newly-cleaned carpet in the livingroom... we were so mad with him. Toby has spent about 95% of this week in the basement, while we get the carpet all clean again.
Everything was going fine until today. While Toby was in the basement, Kyle decided that the clean carpet needed some of his aroma... So now both cats are in the basement, and the poor carpet was cleaned again today. If I have to clean that carpet one more time, I'm not going to be happy camper!
Good news is that we went shopping today. We bought a bunch of toys. We bought a new garage door opener, which we might install tomorrow (depending on how motivated we get). We also bought a wireless router. Now we can both be online, because I can use my laptop at home now! yay!!!
We got a lot of things done this weekend. We even hung up the cool picture that Mau painted, that we received as a Christmas gift. I'll take some pictures of that tomorrow, and post them up.

p.s. I had a sad week - on Thursday, the last episode of my favorite show aired. What will I do now???!!!
Toby and Kyle both peed on the newly cleaned carpet!! Oh no! After all that time that you spent cleaning the first mess. Geez, good luck with the cats. What is up with them these days? :)
