A year ago today, my friend Lisa had her 3rd baby boy. Elliott (Eli) and his family invited us over for dinner tonight to celebrate his first birthday! We had yummy tacos for dinner, and Lisa made a yummy Swedish cake that I could have probably eaten all by myself if given the opportunity...
