We went out today to shop around for area rugs. We found 2 we like, but cannot decide which look we prefer...
The first one is more elegant and would match the design of our stair runner better:
The second one is more plain-looking, but I like that we'd have a lot of black rather than beige. The picture on the left shows what the rug looks like full size, but the one on the right is the coloring we would get.
When we got home, we ate lunch, moved all the furniture back into the family room, washed the cars, and did some gardening. Jeff is mowing the lawn right now and I am about to start getting dinner ready. We're exhausted, but happy that we got so much done. At this time next week, we'll be relaxing at the beach :)
