leaving NY

For years we have toyed with the idea of selling the house and moving to PA.  Over the past 4-5 years we weren't able to find a nice house close enough to work,  so we just kept on going on with our lives.
Recently,  a combination of factors has given us the push to move forward with a big change.   In mid-March, Jeff applied to new positions in the Orlando area,  and before the month was over,  he had a new job and our relocation process had begun.
We spent Easter break in Florida,  and the boys were able to shadow at a Catholic school. They both made some friends and said the teachers and principal were very friendly and kind.
After Easter break,  we started looking for a new home,  and we found one the weekend after mother's day.
Jeff started his new job in early June,  and we are now officially homeless,  staying in hotels until we close on the house next week.

Today is our last day in owego.  Over the past 2 days,  we've had all our stuff packed and loaded.   We took up 28' of the 42-ft truck:
last night we checked in to the hotel,  and we were able to go to the pool for a bit. Ariel is being really good considering all the changes going on.
I'll share more pictures tomorrow night  once we are officially on the road.
