I cant believe it's been more than a month since I posted something... In my defense, I have been very busy with my new business and a very mobile little boy. He's very close to walking!
On March 31st, we traveled to San Diego so that Ben could meet his aunts, uncles, and cousins. He handled the trip very well. He surprised us by being a super good kid on both flights. It was a very long day for us, but he went along with everything rather well, and even adjusted to pacific time without a problem.
We only had 1 whole day in San Diego before our Vegas vacation. We were only able to meet with two sets of friends (I wish we could have seen a lot more people!). First, we had breakfast with Kathryn, John, and their little boy Jaden:

Then we drove to Karla's house so that she and the kids could meet Ben:

Then we were off to Delaiah's house to watch "Aliens in the Attic":

On Friday, we drove for 7 hours to Vegas. Marko and my mom were in the car with us, keeping Ben entertained:

We took Ben to the pool before sundown that afternoon, and he LOVED it:

Saturday started off with a trip to the pool, then we all went to the Orleans casino for the day. My family kept Ben in the afternoon so that Jeff and I could have a late lunch together. It was very strange to have a meal without Ben, but we enjoyed it (for the most part). I found myself looking over my shoulders every few minutes to see if Ben was around the corner! Most of us hung out at the bowling alley until it was time to have dinner at the casino buffet:
On Easter Sunday, A few of us went to church and then some of the boys went to the Pro Bass Shops before we took some family pictures:

Monday morning was "clean-up and pack" day. On the way home from Vegas, we stopped at Anaheim Hills to spend sometime with Jeff's cousins Jenn and Chrissy:

Tuesday was our last day in San Diego, and we decided not to go anywhere that day. Instead, everyone came over to hang out with us at my brother's house. Wednesday was our travel day, and what a long day that was! We almost missed our connection in Detroit, so we ran from one concourse to the other (both Jeff and I were pretty winded after that!) but we finally made it home around midnight. Here's a cool picture that Jeff took of San Diego:
